The Service does not guarantee that you will win, keep, restore, or defend any Buy Box position, listing control, enforcement outcome, takedown, reinstatement, or any marketplace action.
The Service may rely on Third-Party Providers. We do not control their availability, accuracy, rate limits, outages, or policy changes. Provider issues may affect the Service.
Reports (including PDFs) are generated from captured data. They are intended to help document observed conditions. They do not guarantee enforcement or platform action.
You agree to use the Service lawfully. You must not use it to harass, extort, defame, or unlawfully target any party.
You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and restricting access to authorized users. We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials or shared access.
